Meet the owner
Hi, I'm Dylan Tippmann
I'm 19, and I've been working outdoors since I was 12.
I got my start on the crew at my father's trenching company, which was run by my older brother. The days were long and the work was hard, and that's where I learned to keep pushing when things get tough. Football taught me accountability, responsibility and discipline. At 17, I put those lessons to work and started TMT Enterprises.
When you hire TMT, you're hiring me. I answer the phone, walk your property and stay on the job until it's done right, whether that's fresh beds and clean edges, a new patio or a handcrafted grotto. Every yard gets the same care I'd give my own family's.
